Serve

Jesus shows us how to truly see people by prioritizing their needs over our personal plans. When crowds interrupted his retreat, Jesus didn't see obstacles but sheep without a shepherd who needed compassion. Our hurried pace often prevents us from noticing the needs around us, but Jesus demonstrates that biblical compassion includes both teaching truth and meeting practical needs. Every act of service done in Christ's name matters, whether big or small, as these actions are part of the gospel itself. We're called to slow down, create margin in our lives, and serve others with both words and actions, participating in God's kingdom work of restoration.
