Psalm 37

It is easy to feel frustrated when people seem to get ahead through dishonesty or wrongdoing. Psalm 37 offers five perspective shifts that can transform the way we respond to injustice. Short-term success built on sin does not last, and when we measure life by what is eternal rather than what is temporary, everything changes. God calls us to live actively and intentionally, doing good and trusting Him to handle what we cannot control. As future heirs of His kingdom, we do not have to fight for what He has already secured for us. When our inheritance is certain, we can begin to see those living in sin not as threats, but as people who are lost and in need of hope. The most powerful response to evil is not rage, but a life lived faithfully before God and lovingly toward others.
